Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
- Set up campaigns, audiences, pixels, and conversion tracking across platforms
- Run A/B tests, analyze performance, and iterate quickly to improve ROAS and campaign efficiency
- Build and manage campaigns for acquisition, retention, win-back, and brand awareness
- Generate insights from performance data and share actionable recommendations
- Identify emerging trends, betas, and platform features to test and scale
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, creative, data science, programmatic, product, and sales
- Support in creating scalable processes for onboarding and growing new accounts
- Create and deliver detailed reports and presentations to internal teams or clients
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the social ads ecosystem and best practices
Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid social media campaigns
- Deep knowledge of the Meta advertising ecosystem, including Business Manager, Ads Manager, Events Manager, and pixel setup
- Experience running campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
- Proven track record in campaign strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing clients or internal stakeholders
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and campaign reporting tools
- Passion for experimentation and staying ahead of platform trends
- Experience with automation, ad tech tools, or social API integrations is a plus
Good to Have
- Knowledge of creative best practices for social ad formats
- Background in scaling teams or accounts in a performance marketing environment
- Experience using tools like Notion, Slack, or similar project/collaboration tools
